Amy was great start to finish! She was always readily available to show homes (even same day, weekends, and evenings), ready to answer any questions, and looks for what is best for you and does not push you to get home, but assists you in getting the best deal and the best house. Amy is the BEST! I shared with her the areas that I wanted to explore and she provided me with great listings that were right on the mark for our search. Her quick background work helped us narrow down the number of listings to the ideal number for me and she made appointments for showings on very short notice! Midway through the process I decided to look for new construction and she immediately shifted to focus on that market. One afternoon I found the best development for me and called her mid-afternoon with the update. She called me back in 30 minutes and said that we could see the builder's agent that night. Her quick work paid off with me getting the lot that night! (The next morning another interested party wanted to purchase the same lot.). She's accommodating, can quickly shift focus, and understands the overall process. She also knows when to be involved as an agent, independent of her schedule. If she's to be there she'll be there!
